All clients (both existing and new) must submit a new appointment request form to start on a new project.
Please provide as much information as possible, including approximate sizing, body position, color/black and grey, and any reference photos you may have.
If you are looking to do a coverup, please include a photo of the tattoo you wish to cover.
We consider all requests, however Anko is selective when accepting new projects.
